during my stay here, I loved being just a short walk from the bustling main bazaar and the famous Banganga Temple, which made exploring the area super convenient for my weekend strolls. the clean rooms offered a comfy retreat after my adventures, allowing me to recharge before another day of sightseeing.

Check-in process left much to be desired!!! Staff seemed untrained and somewhat curt, not quite living up to a supposed ITC standard!!! Housekeeping needs better attention to detail, ensuring basic amenities are accounted for!!!

The views from our room were spectacular, with

the majestic mountains framing the backdrop of the Vaishno Devi temple easily visible. The staff was very helpful in guiding us on our trek options. However, the taxi delay upon our return from the temple left us waiting longer than anticipated.

dirty towels

no hot water

absolutely no hot water when I checked in, how lovely! the staff barely smiled and the towels were dirty, but that’s okay. I thought I’d get a complimentary upgrade since I’m just so special, but instead got treated like everyone else. I almost wrote a good review, but couldn't ignore the disappointment.

The beautiful property had outstanding views from our room, and I loved the 24hr private shuttle service to the Maa Vaishnodevi hike starting point. The swimming pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. It did take a bit of time for the taxi to pick us up once, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! 🌟
